Hi there, I just installed JTL under an hour ago and was in space for the first time. Got attacked, engines were down, I ejected and I respawned me right over Rori Station. I said to the Gungan by mistake "Fix Most Damage" but then I said no expecting to get flung back to the menu as I wanted all my damage repaired. But the radial menu shut and now I'm left in front of Rori station, unable to move or contact the station in order to dock and get the heck out of space.
Can anyone help?

to target the nearest station, press C
to get the station operator to communicate with you, you can either:
1.type /comm
or 2. press \ (backslash)
or 3. press SHIFT C

Well I was typing in random stuff and came up with /escapepod. It then said I should use /escapePod Yes...did so and got back to normal.
Just as I came to type this I could hear noises, went back in and my ship was scraping off the Rori Station and was yet again stuck...anyway, problem solved but I really shouldn't have got stuck twice in the first place.

Yeah I read the manual and tried this but it didn't work so I just randomly guessed commands that might work and scored lucky. Thanks for your help anyway though.

keep in mind though that click EJECT or using /escapePod yes can cause more damage to your ship and yourself than allowing an enemy or friend blow you out of the sky.. glad you figured it out =)
you could always shut down the game though, and wait 10-15 minutes, and you'll be back on the ground where you last launched (I think)

to use the /comm or shift-C and such, you must have the station targeted or they won't work...

Actually try this, I had to do it.
Hit Escape like 15 times, then /comm again. For some reason the game things you have the windows open and /comm continues to open them but you can't see them. Hit escape for awhile them re/comm the station.

If you have the station targetted, typing /conv will also start a conversation with it.
