I currently have 8 lots open and I'm trying to place a heavy mineral mining installation but anywhere that is "placeable" turns up yellow. I had this problem before and simply waited a day and the yellow went away. But now its not. Any suggestions?

Uneven terrain will prevent harvester placement but the ground itself will not show yellow.

If the ground is yellow, odds are that there's a lair nearby.

All MOB spawns create a no-build zone around themselves.

Take out the lair and the ground should open up for placement.
