From what I have read and understand.....

Doing the quests will unlock further trees for you to complete.

You need to exchange your current XP with one of the guys at the village for FS XP which you use to complete branches. you can only be trained by the relevant people at the vilage, you can't train other's with your skills.

The exchange rate for XP to FS XP changes depending on what XP you are exchanging, but it can vary from 1:1 to 30:1 so you can see the filling up of your FS branches will take a long time.
