Hello there,
So tommorow ill complete my first month on SWG. I tried many class moved from riffleman to pistol to master marksman, to scout and finally i made a doctor/pistoller. Unfortunatelly like other class it wasnt much fun, always the same thing. I thought then becomeing some kind of artisan but i dont have the patience of clicking all those ressource to craft thing (i just did it too much during 5 year in EQ
) I also dont want to waste much time doin all class to get force slot, dosent appeal me too much
So tonight i was calculating skill for a last attempt to a new class or combo, whatever you call it heh, before i quit out of boredom.
What about:
Medic - Master
Scout - Exploration / Hunting IV (for Bio-Engenier and CH)
Creature Handler - Master
Bio-Engenier - Master
That leave 3 point. But what make me boogle is, that leave no place to any weapon (pistol or whatever). Is it a viable solution ?
At the moment im a Novice Doctor pistoller. I already have Master medic done, and could use pistol until i get strong enough with pet and i need pistol point. Any advices would be nice. If anyone have fun built to suggest im open to anything, cause i really cant choose a path...
Thanks in advance.

CH is useless unless all you're going to be fighting are nuna's. I'd suggest getting any brawler skill (TKA/fencer/swordsman/pikeman) instead

Just like froog said, go for a brawler class. All of the ranged combat classes are useless for any high level content except rifleman with pre-nerf rifles and attachments. And creature handler is a joke, don't waste your time.

Thanks for advice.
I sold all my marksman skill this morning, and i took novice brawler. I sold my pistols and bought a newbie sword for 10k with the money. I must say its much harder than fighting at range but its also more fun. What would be a good weapon for me until i get novice fencer. Like 30-40k, i use one of those prince of persia sword right now.
Thanks again !

having 1 char thats a master rifleman/master dancer/politition, and another ch/ranger/smigin of pistoleer, I found it amazing that people say CH is useless. with another person throughing stims on pet or possibly with stim-ds, could probabbly solo a krayt (not that I'm going to TRY it anytime soon). but really, if you['ve mastered that many classes in a month, you're going to burn out on this game( and probabbly many other mmorpgs).
my suggestion is to slow down, play around with all the different starter classes (except polititon), and see what you like. I expect very few people buy this game planning on being an entertainer, or crafter, yet they're very fun classes, and crafter are the richest characters.
It all depends on what you want to do, and what you enjoy. I know many people without any weapon skils, that have great fun with this game. I'll also point out that mastering an elite class in week orless, you can't really know the strenghs and weaknesses of he class, but only how to get xp the fastest, you're likely to find that the skills you learned don't work in other areas. for a simple example, rifleman solo sniping vs rifleman grouped (and aoe'ing) are two completely different methodologies to fighting.
