I was just told by a jedi that the "rating' (POOR, FAIR, GOOD, ETC.) has no relation to how good the crystal is once tuned. Is this correct? Should i price my clear crystals based on condition not on "rating"?

Well a trusted Jedi friend will agree to that, she has tuned premiums that turn out worse than fair more often than not, from what she says its random on tuning and there is no point in paying lots for premium crystals.
