Is there any way to stay declared while killed? In the rare times I'm playing lately I've been trying to go overt to look for trouble, but I'm finding myself spending 90% of my time going back to the recruiter to re-declare. Is there any way around this? Because honestly, with all the other pointless grinding and waiting in this game, this is yet another game-killer for me (and PvP is literally the LAST thing I'm interested in trying).

Well the last few times I pvped and died,I cloned overt. The system is very bugged right now. I would go declare and then pull my at-st out and it would say I wasn't declared. Lame.

Yes you must be cloned in a cloning facility from a city that is the same as your faction affiliation.
