As a would-be buyer, how exactly do I access the list? I'm lost

I haven't checked the Live version today, but on Testcenter there was a new tab at the top (next to "available items" IIRC) for vendor search. The "region" choice is pointless (since all NPC cities are within a no-build region), switch to Planet or Galaxy to browse player vendors.


You can't buy from the listing, but you can get a waypoint to the vendor by right-clicking the item. Well, technically, you get a waypoint to the building containing the vendor, so it can be tough to find the right one if you end up at a mall with 15 vendors.
