I have been working on the droid head mission. I have talked to Valane or whatever his name is on Talus. I got the adhesive and started his missions. I completed the camp and when I went back to him I was give a space mission. Before I even left him the space mission said it was complete and to return to Talus to talk to Valane?. I returned to talk to him but he just tells me that the ship is going to take a long time to repair or something like that. Am I needing something from the space mission and if so what. Does anyone have any idea what I need to do.

Sounds like something got bugged with the space phase (maybe another player destroyed the fighters/freighter). IIRC, after completing that and talking to Valane, you go back to the droid you started at (Valane wants to wipe the droid's memory to keep himself safe), and that's when you get the head schematic.
