I have not seen many BE shirts with CA attachements on it on forums. Does it mean that when you put CA on BE cloth it becomes broken?

No, as long as you do not have a clothing attachment with the same enhancement of the BE clothes they will work. You don't see many being sold on the forums because usually the owners customize them to their liking and keep them.
