First of all I wanted to thank everyone that submitted screen shots, and to remind you that you need to submit your description AND links to screen shots to me via Private Message (using the little envelope icon at the top of the forums) to have your place considered for the Galactic Home Show. Now on to this weeks home:
Damon Ashley's Cantina
Northwest of the Agro Outpost on Dantooine
Radiant Galaxy
This is for people that think generic/Corellian houses are never going to be anything but ordinary.

This is a nicely done cantina, now while there may be a couple objects on the table in this (large) Corellian/generic style house, much of the look was just achieved by placing items in a nice manner, as well as using objects that are not just "furniture".
For example, using a droid or 2 to give the appearance of some sort of static interaction. Sure they may not actually play the instruments that they are standing at but its much more interesting than staring at them by themselves. The Jax in the Basket funny (where is the wind up handle?) and the top right picture makes nice use of a small space that may normally be over looked. I also like how he used data terminals near the tables, kind of like an "at the table menu system" it appears. And again, like last week the owner of the house has another one of the interesting quest/trophy type items scattered all around the galaxy, a stand up loud speaker (speak to some of the local shady type folks about these).
So the lesson for this week?
Just because its ordinary does not mean it can never be Extraordinary.

It's kind of hard to see in the pic, but it's hiding behind the tall skinny droid in the first pic. You can get one as a reward for completing a mission for C3PO (I believe it's the second mission)in the rebel outpost on Corellia. You can also get the elegant basket shown in the final image from C3PO. He will give you a delivery mission, and when you look in your inventory you will have a basket. Put the basket in your backpack, bank, or house, and abort the mission by telling C3PO you can't complete it, and you'll get to keep the basket.

There are many other ways to get both of those items as well (even one for the basket that does not require you to get rid of the quest, you may want to visit Rori if you like the basket )

Is there a guide to how to move furniture? I mean I remember someone mentioning you could move furniture in small steps and move furniture up and down if you have stairs.

the commands to move furniture are:
/move
and
/rotate
You need to give a direction and a "number" for how far you want it to move or what angle to rotate
e.g.
/move forward 1
/move backward 50
(any number between 1 and 50 is possible)
/rotate left 1
/rotate right 180
(any number between 1 and 180 is possible)
In order to place stuff in the "air" or on a table, drop it on stairs and move them to the desired destination.
