Its for Master Weaponsmiths to make the weapons its value all depends on your server. You might want to either try and sell in coronet / Auction tab/ or on your galaxies trade forums.

He is talkin about the rifle I have seen the average price for the schem on my server (Flurry) to be about 160k.

It is not worth very much. For a long while, the quest was bugged and one lady kept giving you the schematic for free over and over again.

In Bria, it cost 10k ~ 40k.
When you say the price, is it as schematic or final rifle?
