ok I got the schematic from the guy down in the building. But I look in my quest journal and it is still showing as an active mission. Anyone know how to actually get this mission to show completed? Do I have to get the spice crafted?

Read the journal again... it should say that "Chapter 2 complete, but the story will continue"
