I was wondering if it's possible to copy the UI from one account of SWG to another account, because I like to have the UI on all of my characters to be the same, but it's hard to get it exactly the same, and it would save me from having to remember all that stuff. If anyone could help me out, it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Yes you can do that. First of all you should load your second account at least once so the configuration files are written out. Then open up your first account's profile directory under your SWG installation path: <game dir>/profiles/<station name>/<server name>. For example mine is c:/games/swg/profiles/furrycat/Ahazi.
Inside there are a bunch of files starting with a unique identifier number. For instance I have 20162206230.ca and others. What you need to do is copy (not move) these files to your second account's profile; in my case this is c:/games/swg/profiles/furrycat2/Ahazi. If you logged on that account in the past you will have some other files with their own unique prefix. I have 36995310682.ca and others.
As you have probably by now guessed, you need to delete the second account's files and replace them with the corresponding versions you copied from your main. I would thus delete 36995310682.ca and rename 20162206230.ca to 36995310682.ca. Repeat for all files in the directory and your second account will have all the same options and settings as the first.

Sweet action, that works, saves me a lot of time trying to remember the perfect UI when I make a new character, but one other thing... is there a way to copy the friends list, I assumed it'd be the same way, just rename the number part of the file after you paste it... but that's not working. Any ideas?

I haven't been able to get that to work. I think friends list is server side.

Yes...if you log in on a different computer the friends list is the same, so it is saved on the server.
