Got a lot of great help to my last question. I'm a Wook soon to build his own bowcaster. It's a rifle type weapon according to popular concensus. I'm curious, since I plan to use this weapon exclusively (I like to RP a little :smileytongue, Rifleman would be the appropriate elite proffesion choice right?

Yes..however unfortunately I have never seen a decent bowcaster. they usually suck. It is a shame bcs I would love to use the one I have with my Wookiee. It just has never seemed worth it. I usually just carry it for RP and never shoot it.

Standard bowcasters sux , this is true.. but bowcasters are one of the few weapons that can be enhanced with Krayt Tissue AND Gorax bone shards (or spider fangs if you cant find gorax bone shards). If you get good tissues and bone shards and decent sliceyou can make yourself an uber bowcaster. I would also try and get a form-fitted rifle stock from imperial themepark and have that crafted into it as well. Of course this will be one very expensive weapon to make and out of reach for the new player, but if you are determined to be a wookie role-player you might wish to invest in building one... or better yet getting a 12 point force sensitiveweaponsmith to make it for you in a research center.

Your best bet is to find a looted one. I made a wook on valcyn a long time ago when i friend on their looted a high damage, low ham, mind poison one. SOmetimes the looted ones are pretty decent and they sell cheap usually since 10% of players can use it only lol
