recently upgraded from a 26-56 CDEF rifle to a 88-139 DLT20 rifle, however I noticed the special move health drains are huge on the DLT20.

CDEF rifle expert head shot -30 action points vs DLT20 rifle expert head shot -120 mind points

is there anyway a weaponsmith can reduce the special move costs? or it's just the gun itself that uses up so much points. I find I can't use headshot for more than a couple monsters before I almost incap myself

Yes, there are weapon power-ups that can lower the mind pool cost of special moves.

I know that you can bid on items at the Bazaar auction terms, but how can I buy items instantly...besides from other players?

Are there vendors selling? The only vendors I have found only buy from me.

in the bazaar the items that say "instant". only the ones that say "auction" will you have to wait until the end of the auction.

some items are listed as auction and some as instant sale, if it is an instant sale, you can purchase it and then go to available items and pick it up.

Actually, I've almost mastered Pistoleer, but mostly because I thought it would be a good template for my CH.

I'm currently using a sliced Republic Blaster speed 2.2, dmg 270 and causes bleeding DOT.

Since I'm not up to fighting Nightsisters, does anyone know where I could buy something better on Lowca?

I'm embarrassed to say, I don't understand too much about weapons (i.e. -weapon power-ups, etc)

Thats a decent modified republic blaster that you are using. You might want to try asking around in the Lowca forums for names of good weaponsmiths... a tactful way to find out the names of good weaponsmiths is to start a thread saying who is the best weaponsmith on lowca and then see if you can find any names that show up a few time or that people seem to agree on.

If you want to get really nice pistols you will need to get krayt tissue and with the template of Master CH and pistoleer the best way to do that is to buy them off of people. To find out more about how weapons work and what types of enhamcements to get there are two great stickied threads in the weaponsmiths forums about krayt tissues and a list of enhancements.

Every Pistoleer should have a good Dx2, Modified republic blaster, anda FW5in thier arsenal. All are cheep and all have thier uses in PvE. I mostly use a Dx2 for PvE since its acid ddamage and has armor piecering 1, but I sometime switch it up depending on what I'm fighting. Use examine to see what your enemys weakness is and go from there.

For PvP its gonna be Geo (stun damage)or DE-10 (never used a DE-10 Personaly so not sure how good it is).

For weapons (not the best and fastest way) just look at the map, go to the folder, vendors, and then to the subfolder weapons, and it will have a show a bunch of weapons vendors, now most will not be uBeR but they could be decent

Its all fun and games until your incapped by a nuna!
