I was running through the imperial themepark last night and am near finishing. I'm on the second quest of the emperor where he has you run some datapad to the "new imperials"...the thugs from the first mission...I run it over to them and I converse and the guys says "What's this? I thought the old man was bringing something special..." and the quest never finishes. I've tried killing the guy and then doing the /conv technique on him, and he STILL says it... (that's dedication)

What am I doing wrong? I do have a low thug faction standing, but he doesn't go aggro on me until I aggro him. Please help. Oh and if i do need to raise my thug faction standing, tell me who I must waste to get thug faction points....

It's been awhile since I did that themepark so I can't help you with that mission sorry. Hopefully someone can help you complete it

As for the Thug faction just kill Townspeople, hermits, ect and you'll gain Thug faction.

Well, I figured it out...I ended up doing the mission about 10 times before it let me go on. The strange thing was that I never got any different message, it just let me continue on the themepark...
