I can't seam to find information on this. I looked on emotes guide and didn't find anything, that is what I normally use so i'm at a loss. Tried a search but of course i get the whole "too many searches" thing. Can someone link me to a walkthrough or tell me where to start?

I tried finding a walkthrough but like you said forum search is down again.

You get the staff for the second to last mission in the Blackscale quest set.

A very hard set of missions. You'll need a group for some of it.

I'll link a walkthrough when the search finally starts working again
