Where does it start? Search function refuses to work 
I tried talking to the queen, but she doesn't say anything to me.

Its starts with the Queen but she wont talk unless you are Rebel and Combatant

Any advice on how to make it past all those Imps guarding the palace?

Yes, burst run worked just fine, with a little help from a PSG. I'm now on part one, wandering around Kachiro with a wookie named Drrillo or something following me around, and I can't get the mission complete sign. Maybe now would be a good time to learn Shyriiwook...

Im on phase 2 and i go north of the place were you meet the first wookie to find the camp. I do find a large trandosion camp with wookies inside but when i go inside nothing happens, no quest updates or anything. is this a bug? plz help.

If you have the name of the wookie, try /target {name}. I think you'll find him inside the camp to the north near the starship.

I was jsut wondering where you get the quest at? i cant seem to find it

if by overt you mean combant then yes but you dont have to go SF
