Did what the guide said....but it didnt list any names for when i have to choose.......This normal?

If it's still bugged you can keep taking to him after you open the selection window. Do this until you have 6 windows open so you can keep picking a different one until you get the right one.

ok....after i picked it would not let me talk to the BH again......so all i do to "reset" it is just ask the hermit about ti again? thanks for the help

You have to wait til server reset before being able to talk to the BH again.
