Thread: What is the respawn timer on Hermit pirates and farmer?

From what I have seen, the farmer is pretty much immediate but the expanse in which you find him is pretty large. We have gotten lucky a few times in that he respawned after a few minutes in the exact same spot he was originally found.
The pirates are easier to judge. Once someone finds them, once that party is done at the farmhouse, the pirates will respawn and as long as they weren't KD/Dizzied (this borks the spawn and rate) more than likely they will respawn in the same location 3-5 times. So in regards to the pirates, head to the farmhouse first and see if anyone is there and finishing their part of the quest. If they are ask them for the wp of where they found the pirates. Once they are done, head there and the pirates should be waiting for ya. If they are not, they have respawned asap but you will have to search for em. We have found pirates as far as 3000m away from the search area (usually happens when the leader is KD/Dizzy borked).
