I've just got the email about the free 75000 ingame credits (I only just got SWG the other day ... along with JTL).

How does the credits get alocated? Automatically? I have a character from a free trial a while back, but I want to ditch him and start again. Will the credits be given to him if I log on with him? If I delete him, are hte credits gone never to be seen again?

Questions? Damn ... and I only have a day or so to redeem them (expires 31 Jan).

Yes it's automatic. To my knowledge it wont apply to the free trial account.

In my experience you get the 75k on every new character you create.

I think it has stopped. I created a new one on or about the 15th of January, and got the credits; decided I didn't like the way it was going, so deleted him on or about the 25th of January, and didn't get the 75K. Had just spent all the original monies, didn't transfer it to a toon on my other account or anything; was just wanting to restart it.

oh well.

I created a new toon today and recieved the money. Maybe you will just get them once per server?
