Thread: Thug faction Issues help wanted.

the jawa fortress used to have a a large number of town people running around it. the respawn rate was low, but with the new changes, it might be fairly decent. im not sure if its a poi, but google says the wpt is -6110 / 1892 Jawa Fortress

Greetings.., its much like the title says..., due to the new loot one recently would find very easy by killing jabba's or valarian's men..., this caused a nose dive in thug faction..
Thug faction isn't realy required for much except for some quests..., and I came to find that the "/conv" trick isn't working on some of the people you kill that you where meeting for the quest because your thug faction is too low..
So.. I ask for assistence..., Where can I find a good place to kill alot of Townsfolk or some other faction that can raise my Thug back to positive

Be free to place more places where I can find townsfolk to raise thug faction..., all the help is apreciated.

I seem to remember running into lots of 'townsperson' spawns while wandering around outside of Kaadara back in the early days. I think Naboo has a lot of attackable characters that will increase your thug faction, some in the towns, but most as spawns outside of the cities. You could check that out.

Of course then you have to worry about all the "townspeople" including the prophets, commoners, etc. attacking you on sight. :->
Sure, they aren't anything to worry about, being blue con or even green to almost everyone with a pistol, sword, etc., but are a real PITA when they start attacking you everytime you ride/run by, like all the thugs in the world do now.
PLUS........ you'll probably reach that point along the way where both factions are around a -2500 or so, meaning EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD will attack you!

Not a problem.. It will be more fun that way...
I already have my share of encounters with Corsecs, Trade Federation Loyalists and Marauders, etc etc

Miners, Scientists etc at the Mining Outpost on Dantooine or the northern outpost (forgot what its called) on yavin 4, they spawn pretty quickly. 25 points per i think.

Both outposts on Dathomir spawn a significant number of townspeople. Takes just about 30-45 minutes to clean up your thug faction.
