Hey guys, i got a question. I am currently a fencer and swordsman and doc. Right now i use a set of good comp armor, but with loads of encumbrance (i need buffs to put them on). My question is would it be smart for me to use Encumb sliced comp armor with lower resistances so my health regains faster and stuff and less special attack costs, or should i stick with what i have? Or even switch to Chitin with high Ken, since it has really low encumb.

Why i am asking this is because i was recently reading a thread that talked about wearing lower encumb armor is smart. Im planning on becoming fencer/tka/some swordsman skills. Just wondering what my best bet would be. Thanks everyone!

Start collecting some NS layers/shards and Janta hide. Using these (even base stuff) you can makehigh base comp with about 1/3 less HAM before a slice.

so basically i should look for good encumb sliced armor? and yea i will look for those thanks

It really depends on a few factors. How is your melee mitigation, melee defence...stuff like that. What types of crits do you fight? Do you need stun protection? Are you always fully buffed when you hunt? (doc/dancer/music) Do you spam specials 'till the cows come home?
