Ok, I'm almost positive that I remember in beta of JTLS that I was able to program one of my joystick buttons as the 'shift' button, that could be used to double the amount of programmable buttons on my joystick. However, I can't seem to find where to do this in the options or keymapping area. Anyone know how? It would so make my joystick more useful if I could (for instance) have button 1 be 'fire weapon group 1' and SHIFT 1 be 'fire weapon group 2'.
Now I know that if I hold down the keyboard 'shift' and a button on my joystick, I can program it to be a seperate button, but that's clumsy and I can hardly fight while having one hand on keyboard and the other on the joystick. And I have played games before that allow me to choose a 'shift' button on my joystick in order to double my programmable buttons.
So, is there any one who can point me in the right direction?
