Where is the best place (non space) to get imperial faction point.

if u say a place give a wp with it.

Depends on what kind of creatures/npc's your toon can stand to fight. I like to hit the hyperdrive research facility on Rori. Also, there's an Imperial Outpost on Rori loaded with Rebs.

Otherwise, just go to any imp mission terminal and make some money at the same time.

If you're high enough in your combat templates, I've seen lots of folks farming faction npc's in cities.
