Thread: Empire Day Quest- Imperial Updated 7-6-05

1) Talk to the guy in the top right room in the Nashal hotel on Talus.
2)Once you talk to him and he will send you to an imperial officer in Narmel, Rori. He is located in a guild hall (You get the waypoint).
3) Talk to him and you get 2 options. Talk to 3 people spread out across the galaxy to get 3 disks. Or, kill rebels until you get the 3 disks. I chose the combat option.
4) I went to Theed and did 3 terminal missions to get the 3 disks. Or just to a rebel city and kill the guards. You must be combatant for this option.
5) Once you get the 3 disks, return to the guy in the guild hall in Narmel, Rori.
6) He will send you to talk to an officer in Science Outpost, Dathomir. Once you get on Dathomir talk to the officer (once you pass the baazar terminals he is the imperial by a building)
7) The officer will send you to talk to someone on Yavin IV (Go to mining outpost, it is just 5600m away)
8) Once you talk to the commander there, he will send you to talk to Lord Vader.
9) Talk to Lord Vader and he will ask you why you join the Empire. There are2 options, I picked the first one, the second one is "Because the rebels killed my parents"
10) After you tell him, Darth Vader will give you 200 fp, I think 1000 credits, and an Imperial Banner.
11) There is a third building in that base, go in it and talk to the Jedi prisoner, you have 2 options. A. "I am here to help you"
B."I'm here to interrogate you", or something along the lines of that.
12) If you chose "I'm here to interrogate you", you will eventually get a system message that says "You have failed to get any information from the jedi", go talk to the guard, and you will recieve 1000 FP. Or chose "I am here to help you", and keep chosing good positive options and eventually the jedi will tell you the information needed, you will get a system message saying "You successfully got information from the jedi", talk to the guard again and he will give you an Imperial Banner
Congradulations, you completed the Empire Day quest!
PS: If you don't want to drive all the way back to mining outpost, take the Fast Pass way A.K.A Die.
If this guide confuses you, please spare me as this is the first guide I have written.

I took that route and got 1000FP from the Guard and an Imperial Banner from the Commander, but afterwards I got the distinct impression that had I tried to help him (the Jedi)I could've extracted the necessaryinformation and gotten a better reward fromLord Vader himself...

You probably wouldve just gotten another imperial banner. I got 2 rebel banners from succesfully convincing the imperial to switch sides.

Yes, to get the second banner you needed to convince the Jedi that you were there to help him escape.

You get 2 imp/rebel banners? I thought this was going to be some nice empire day decoration. I only got one banner and it doesn't even mention empire day.

Can anybody tell me the difference between these two banners, or are they identical?

They are 100% identical m8.
Kinda weird that we dont get some deco, that symbolises this day.
But well.. two banners are Good enough for me

Oh... And here I was thinking we'd get something a hell of alot more worthwhile than 2 Imperial banners. Yeah, 1 banners is great, I've wanted one for ages actually, but 2 identical ones? WTH? What about a Super Star Destroyer hologram, eh? Or a special Bunker House? Or, hell, a new ship?

Hey I'll take two friggin banners, all I got from that SOB in Bestine is a loyalist necklace
I have been dying to get banners.
I only got one banner...

To get both Imp banners tell the jedi you are there to help him, go along with him as the dialogue continues then at the end tell him you are loyal to the empire and go to tell the gaurd.I did this and have both banners now.
