I did a search and found that char builder that bloodfin.org has but I'm having truoble with the download part. I try to run the zip file but it says something about making sure the DAT file is in the same folder and I'm not sure how to go about doing that (don't have much experience with zip files) any tips would be appreciated

When you open the zip file, don't click on any of the files that it lists. Just select extract, or extract all. Pick your location to unzip to, Once its unzip pick the option to view files that comes up. Click on the exe file and it should work. This is assuming your using the built in unzip that come with windows xp
