i have looked everywhere imaginable for some information on how this is done or if it is even possible - if anyone has any info please let me know been driving me crazy the last two times i have come back

hmm i was a smuggler last time around and still could not open them - never got a radial to even try - did this in the wooly palace - and several other caves around - always said something about it beingdamaged and needed a key - this was before even trying to slice it

Doh misread your post thought you said locked containers, nope ive not been able to open them.

No, noone can unlock them. Sometimes they'll open up at different times during the day. I pretty much lived at fort tusken a few months ago and the conttainers there were always either locked or only locked during some parts of the day.

Locked mag seal containers cannot be sliced. at one time they were always open, but the devs changed it about a year ago because they use to spawn CA's/AA's where people would camp them. They changed them to where they are time locked now. Certain containers open up at different times. noone knows the time cycles though, I believe it's random.
