i got the badge from Mirla but she doesnt give me the password...can anyone list me the possible passwords? thank you

you dont need the password. all it does it lets you in the cell to loot the corpse. the corpse gives you a letter that says to go to the Capitol building (maybe palace forget what its called) and talk to Coronel Traud (or whatever his name is) once you get the evidence disks. that gets you the 2nd badge. the Password is not needed as the letter only says where to go its not needed for anything else, just go to theed when you get the evidence.

I did it last night and I had to goto the theed capitol building and talk to huff or heff (one of the two) once your inside the building go up the first ramp and turn left, he will be there.
