Thread: Loot Kit did not auto complete

Ive got 3 loot kits that are complete but did not make the item when last object was placed in kit. Yes theyhave all items in them (ive made several complete kits already). Customer service said that the way to get them to complete manually is a spoiler and therefore they could not tell me how to do it. Does anyone have any suggestions or know of the command to get it to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

CSR's don't care.
I had put the last 3-4 pieces of the blue rug, that I was buying off the bazaar, when the servers went down in the middle of the day around 11am PST that one time. When servers came back up, I lost my kit and all the pieces, and the one piece I had not yet put into the loot kit.
After 4 tickets of complete BS reponses, I was finally told that they can't track auto-crafting items.
GG, eff yew customer service. GOOD LUCK trying to get yours! -_-

actually, I had a CSR fix the problem the day before the Whip quest fix. I added additional comments to the cst ( in the form of a "what a bunch of cr@p " complaint and they responded very quickly and fixed the problem. I dont think the first csr was correct in saying that there was a fix because the csr that helped me had to delete the kits and just give me the items. I think the csr's are overloaded with trying to fix the dev's sloppy code. But twice now Ive had very good responce from csr's in responce to customer service tickets. I wont report bugs anymore, I will fill out a cst instead. Thats were the service is.
Sorry you arent having any luck. Maybe its the csr's with your server, who knows.

Although im really not at all sure of how to do it manually..try taking it back to the junk dealer...see if that will do anything.

This happend to a friend and sending a ticket did nothing, he did get a reponse and a fix when he sent in a mail to SOE sorry cant remember the
address of it but if you go to help at the top of the forums it does state it there.
Gl hope you get what is yours.
