I want to know how to send an E-mail to everyone in the town you're in, without writing name;name;name;name.... and so on. It must be an easier way!

If anyone finds a better way then the way I am about to say please reply and let us know.

But for my guild (which is the city pop) I add them to the friends list with a comment showing them as in the guild. Then when I want to email them all I go to the friends list and use the email option while selecting the people in the guild/city.

If you have permission from the guild leader, send it to guild instead of a person's name.

I hope and pray there's no way to send e-mail en masse to everyone in a city... I already get enough spam exiting the shuttle in Theed without some merchant blasting off e-mails to anybody unfortunate enough to have to use the shuttle system there.

I was going to use that command to inform the town I live in about an Event, not Spamming

put everyone you want to mass mail in your buddie list. Use the ctrl-key and left click on the people you want to mail to. Select the ones you want then hit the mail button on the buddie list.

The mayor of the city can send out an email to every citizen by putting 'citizen' in the to field
