Thread: Nym's bug?

Working on Nym's. He says talk to the little guy.
I did Jinkins quest with part from droid. Then I went to talk to
Kole and he said "thanks for getting that gas". Then nym says "you must
talk to Jinkins and Kole first.
So Kole thinks I already completed his leg of the quest?
Bug??

Did you drag and drop the loot item off the npc? You can only complete the quest if you have dropped off the item on the npc.

i am having the same exact problem. i got the droid data, went back tojinkins and complete that task. i then talk to kole where it says i've already completed something about a gas canister mission and that i should talk to nym. i then talk to nym and it says i need to talk to jinkins. what's goin on? please help!

Same thing here. The last patch made it so you didn't drag and drop the item, you just talk to them and the item disappears from your inventory
So did Jinkins and he says great talk to Kole.
Talk to Kole and he says I succeeded in his quest, but I NEVER did the quest and tells me to talk to Nym
Nym tells me I need to do Jinkins and Kole's quests first...

My wife had this problem the other day, she submitted a ticket and they told her to go to the science outpost? and carry on the quest that kole would give you. been ages since i did this with my old character, so i can't remember any of it.
but basicaly carry on as if you talked to them and they gave you the quest.

Sure would be nice if I was given a waypoint or something for Kole's mission so I could pretend like I have it. I attempted to do Jinkins again and try dragging and dropping but the game wouldn't give me another chip off the droid.

The waypoint is 6467 3885. When i went there, there is nothing to agro on me. So i juz run down and get the gas filter. I went back and spoke to kole and the same time happen...... cant get Nym's mission.

I just completed Nym's 3 nights ago....A guild sister sent me all the WP .......I was having a hard time of it until i talked to the guy in the cantina...after that it all went good.

K it would be nice if there was a guy in the catina but where he should be by the door is just a blank empty space 
now I remember why I quit after starting when the game first came out and started playing lineage 2

Just talk to Jinkins. Ignore what he tells you. Go to waypoint 902 -4193. Enter the facility. Grab the grenade casings out of a supply crate and the hard drive out of a giant computer screen in the big room with all of the offices. Then go back to Nym and drop the items on him. You will complete the quest and get the carbine and badge. Easiest way to work around the bug!

maybe it's a bug coz they tried it fixing it... so that you wouldn't have to drop the stuff on them, but so that you could just talk to them.. and now the "tell the next person"(aka. nym) is bugged... i dunno... i did it 'fore they fixed that...

Hey I did like Caisha told.
And just with talking Nyms it works!!
