I created a character on TC Ahazi and used the character builder to create a Master Bounty Hunter template.
Can i transfer this character, complete with skills, to another galaxy?

I'd say no if for no other reason I think they already took down and wiped away TC-Ahazi didn't they?

i just wondered if it was possible.
The Investigation line alonetakes roughly 200hrs game time - i know because i have done it before but dropped it 
so you see, this may be the difference between me quitting or staying cos i really dont want to grind that gain.
Anyways, sorry for offending people

Um, you can't really be serious?
There is a character transfer service:

Butthat'sjust for transfering characters between Live servers. TC Ahazi is/was a Test server. That's why the frogs were there in the first place. So players who know how to play MBH can test patches for how they could affect BH's without having to grind BH on a server that gets wiped on a fairly regular basis anyway.
Still, I'm curious. Put in the request, send them your $30 and see what happens.
