1. Do you only gain rating points if you deliver the DB, or is it based on the damage you do? I remember fighting with a friend against two guys and I think my friend DBed one but I got some points anyway. But some people say you only get points for a DB. And I don't know if this has changed post-CU. It seems that if you had to DB to get points pre-CU, riflemen could easily get points they didn't earn.

2. If your rating changes because you kill or are killed by someone, how long do you both have to wait before you can earn points off each other again?

3. Has the general rate of gaining or losing rating points changed since the CU?

I almost never PvP so I don't know, thx for any help

1) You will only get points if the target is DB'd, BUT you will get points if you deliver damage. If you and John Reb are beating up on Joe Imp, and John Reb gets the DB, you will still get points. If Joe Imp runs away and doesn't die, nobody gets points.

2) If your rating is affected by another player, it cannot be affected by that player again until A: three days pass or B: Your rating is affected by twenty other players, whichever happens first.

3) Don't think so.
