Yep. Not accessible yet. Coming up in a mini-patch. Apparently from now on there's going to be a big patch and a mini-patch.

Why when i went into the Genosian Caves did the Crazed Genosians start shooting me even though my camouflage had not been broken?
i thought that camouflage worked (had a chance of working) on all creatures

It does, except of course when it doesn't.
You forgot the psychic rule there you see...
Really however yes it should work, you've probably seen camo work against random aggro NPC's whilst you are flying around (322 Scout XP for camoing past Nightsisters on Dathomir, tyvm!) but uh yeah it should work in caves and dungeons (have had it work in teh warren but haven't actually tried it in this publish yet...) best idea /bug it and cross your fingers, preferably over the burst run key.

I've read somewhere that some caves/dungeons have 'triggers' that work independent from mask scent or conceal. Probably done so people can't just walk in and out areas that are supposed to be dangerous.

to be perfectly honest, you dress up in camo clothes when you're outside. a few twigs here and there, some mud spread all over yourself and presto, you're hidden in the forest. try pretending you're a shrub when your indoors and you'll see why it's very logical that NPCs would detect you indoors. The geo cave is all rock and steel floors. The camo shouldn't work indoors on NPCs. Mask scent should still work on critters though. Being indoors doesn't make their sense of smell stronger.
