Could we get an official response what states (Blind/Dizzy/Stun) are really supposed to do?
IIRC it was stated somewhere that Stun should stop Action/Mind regeneration (or only action?)
If you check the tooltips of your debuffs ingame now, Stun will say something like "Reduces your defenses..." and something else.
So...
Blind = Reduces Accuracy?
Dizzy = Reduces Defenses?
Blind = Reduces Defenses (and was it Accuracy?)
/shrug
Is "Binding Strike" from Fencer the only non-Mezz/Daz (whatever, the "break-on-damage" ones) that will stop Action regeneration?
*edit* I know this itself is no Guide but with an answer it could be considered as. And since this effects every class I wasnt sure where else to post it /shrug

I also thought I read somewhere that stun/dizzy was supposed to 'stop' action
regen. From what I've seen in game this isn't the case.

Yep, so do all 3 states. But according to the tooltip for stun in "Commands and Abillities" (ctrl-s) it should stop (or was it lower?) action (and mind?) regen. Need to check the exact description...
