Where do we send screenshots to be considered for screenshot of the day? stupid question i know, but i saw the address on here before somewhere. now i cant find it.

Did you do a search? Look up the tips posted by CSR's and Devs, it's probably in there.
The Trandoshan standing in front of the downed jawa crawler is one of the commanders in my guild's military department =) He posted that screenshot on our website and one of the devs picked it up. They actually look through guild sites and whatnot, and post screenies they like.

How do I turn off the names in a screenshot (I know shift-ctrl-h does ui but the names remain)?

Ctrl-o then interface or something like that. I know it's somewhere in the options menu.

try cntl+Enter and Ctrl+H if that dosent work go to system thing in game then misc tab then select the option not to show player names, hope this helped

Is there any way to drop all of the interface when you take screenshots? I have seen alot that dont have any of the games interface/gui present, and they look like full shots ( not just cropping the gui away for presentation. )

You can rebind it to something else in your controls too, under UI-->Toggle HUD
