can anyone point me in the direction where i can get info on what type of damage the different mobs/crestures/npc's do now? an what type or level of armor they might have? i.e. what do ns stalkers have for armor an what type of damage do they do now? thanks for any help.

I think they did away with that part of the combat aspect with the CU.
Bottom line is, almost any armored mob will be easier to kill if you have "armor break", for others perhaps you can use "knockdown" or "root".
