Firstly max damage slice is 8% the slices do not stack.. and yes they can be sliced however your weapon might have been sliced Pre publish 19. i have ran into alot of problems with slicing. Since they took out the old warning that the weapon has been sliced it made it so that people cant tell if there weapon was sliced pre publish 19. it is really annoying and this is most likely the problem you are running into.

Probably because it was sliced before the changes, I'm in the same boat, it gives the option to slice (even though I know it was sliced before) but when clicking on slice it does nothing.

I did however never slice my ADK'd armor before & had my alt. slice them w/ no problems.
