Go into the game. Type //. Scroll up and read through the list.

This is an old but good post. Many of the commands may be obsolete, but I'll bet a good number of them are still just fine.

Or you can type /log, use //, write /log again.
That creates a logfile on your HD with all the commands, somewhere inside the SWG Folder

Infinity:
