Well crap I accidently destroyed it while cleaning stuff out, is it possible to get it back or get a new vet reward??

You'll need to contact a CSR, that's the only thing I know of to do and they may or may not be able to help you.

Is there a way for a CSR to determine if you actually destroyed the item, or if you sold it? IF, and yes that's a big IF they can tell what happened to the item, they may consider replacing it. If they just have to take your word for it, you don't have a hope in hell of getting another one.
