I know there is like an ALT command to turn this option on and off. It displays the 2 white faces next to peoples name to the right of it. Its annoying when accidently turn this on. Whats teh command to turn it back off?

If you are referring to the icon that shows up next to people that are grouped then try using the key combo of Ctrl + N.

Any idea what the name of this command is? I'm pretty sure I remapped control+n and need to re-map it to turn my group icons back on. I miss them and want them back.

Yeah, like Chad said, when you have the names turned off the group icon shows up next to anybody in a group. You can tell who else is in their group by who else has the little group icon near their head. If you turn the names on, this will go away.
I think the functionality of CTRL-N may differ depending on what you have your display options set at... But I forget. There's a tab in the options (misc? interface?) that lists
[ ] Show Names on All Objects
[ ] Show Names on Faction Members
[ ] Show Names on Guild Members
[ ] Show Names on Group Members
[ ] Show Names on Group Members
or something to that effect. I always set mine to only the top box checked so that when I press CTRL-N it turns off all names (for screenshots) and then pressing CTRL-N again will turn on all the names again.
I guess CTRL-N might just turn off all names no matter what you have checked.../shrug; Play around withthe settingsif you want.

Try the settings I mentioned in my post above. Basically what happens is if you turn names off for everybody the group icons will appear. So you may need to uncheck show names for groups and show names for guild or faction or whatever.
I'm pretty sure the CTRL-N function only unchecks the "Show Names on All Objects" so if you still have "Show Players Names" or one of those others checked it won't do anything... If you follow... If not just ask and I'll explain it a different way. ![]()

Yeah, Not at home so I can't check but if you go to the options, it is the option that is first in that list that turn the icon on/off

In the keymap window ingame it is labeled as "Toggle object names."

It's really useful when your fighting Imps on Chilastra though, since they all gank. This way when you see a guy sneaking up on you after you slaughter their overt jedi, you can tell if he's in the same group as the jedi lying at your feet.

I accidently turned this off a long time ago, and have never been able to get it back. CTRL-N (Toggle names) does nada.
