DEAR SOE,
Its about time i get seriously annoyed and you guys get seriously working...
Not only did our NPC vendors in THEED MALL poof 2 days ago, but since yesterday i get loads and loads of tells from ppl who have their newgought items POOF at THEED BRIDGE. There is a serious bug going on and its getting worse.
Yes, we had ppl loosing items occasionally, and logging out would usually solve the problem. If not, they would re-appear after a server reset.
So would my vendors btw....BUT THERE IS NO SERVER RESET.....
Now i am getting tells from customers saying they love our mall etc, but it takes days for items to re-appear and ppl need the stuff they buy NOW and not in 2005!
I can totally understand ppl are getting tired of this bug, and i think i am getting very fed up now also.
I dont want to brag now but lets look at some facts...
Kara and I, and all of our other vendor owners work very hard to keep vendors well stocked and to provide a GOOD mall. We think we do well, and so do our customers if i look at the number of sales. Theed MALL won the chimaera award, and so did our crafters. We provideextras for ourcustmers and organise events....
We have a reputation to keep up and your BUG is ruining it. I am not paying a load of money and spend ages in this game to have it ruined by some old bug that is getting worse. You, SOE, should be just a little bit more friendly to ppl who invest so many time to keep this server what it is.
I wonder if we are gonna see a solution to this annoying problem before you stuff yourself with turkey??
And i will fill in a ticket to claim the credits back that i couldnot earn because my SANTA vendor poofed and you didnot manage to get it back before Xmas.

Try the GAT forum. Tiggs only seems to bother to post there. But.. when she does, it's just chat so I don't know how helpful it would be. 13 posts to the "snow" thread over the course of a day... not a single response to real issues. How can I get a job like her's?
