So the last thing I did before logging last night was fill up my 2 structure factory and an equipment factory and START them. I cam back to them today expecting the finished items only to find them not even started???? I was like huh?
I scrolled back up my chat log to find the entry for station started and sure enough there it is,
PIC.
Was there a server rollback or something or is this a new bug? I don't understand

I just got no mails today saying that the stations are finished with production. All items were there, just didn't get the mail as i normally do.

Yeah half of the time I don't get the gmails either but this factory bug has me stumped, it's like I never even started them which I did, I'm 100% positive on this and have the pic too.
btw, BountyHunter you won't get a response from a bug report, you have to submit a ticket for that.

If you have too many items in the input hopper, the factory will fail to make all the items. It seems that there's a limit on both hoppers that's tied together, not on each one.

Now that would make sense, I had quite a few resources in there plus crafted items. Thanks Jimer.

naw the internal bug is a well known issue for factories and it has NOTHING todo with hopper counts or anything else, i make 4-5 100 crate runs of pups a week with 2 ingrediant hopper items and i always bug between 45-55 crates firs, then 25-30 crates, then it finally finishes. was weird tho this morning it actually died after only 13 crates to start. i do get the feeling somehow theres a buffer error in the factory routines because it always seems to run 50% of the schem right after a reboot then runs progressively smaller %'s until teh next reboot
