Out of curiosity, do you seek the Rori record keeper in order to reset the Raxa mission at the Rebel outpost? There is an alternative to that mission, although it is not as good as the Raxa mission. You can also find commandos by going to the capital in Coronet. Talk to the woman that is all the way to the right when you walk into the capitol building, finish her missions, then you talk to the guy nearby her. He will give you a mission that spawns 2 commandos each time. It's his fourth or fifth mission that gives the commandos.

It's kind of a pain. You have to get mission, drive out to mission area, record waypoint when you see it appear but dont attack. Go back to guy you get mission from, tell him you don't want mission anymore. Return to waypoint and kill them. Takes awhile without help from a friend, but it works. Just go to those missions I menioned for 2 commandos at a time, or better yet, get a friend to take raxa's missions and help you get 5 at a time.
