I noticed that my rebel backpack no longer stays on my back when I go covert... has anyone else noticed this? I know, it can only be equipped when overt but honestly, if I'm overt, I don't want to waste time with the rebel or imperial armor... I need composite! Any idea what's going on here? It was kinda fun to show it off, but if I can only use it when I'm overt, it's useless except as a decoration.... Thanks!

You need a pre-nerfed one

How old is the prenerfed kind? I got some Marine Armor from July of this year, think that'll stay on when i go covert?

no no no, no such thing as pre-nerf pack

Trick is to fill your inventory and backpack, have 50 items in you inventory and 50 in your pack. Your backpack cannot unequip if you have too many items, it wont go negative or over 60. Same thing works with rebel and storm trooper armor, but you need 50 items in your pack, and 60 in your inventory. Working as intended as usual lol

Another trick is to go overt then clone and get insurance at a non rebel or imperial if you are imp, cloning facility, then go die and clone. Since its not a faction aligned cloner you will come back covert.
This works for me and storm armor

I did hear a CSR deleting a backpack on a corvet rebel along with everything in it. The CSR stated that it was an exploit. Wearing any faction aromor when covert is an exploit.

Hmmmm.... there are so many other bugs that need fixing. They need ti get their priorities worked out.

Yes tech it is an exploit, to bad the only way people are going to wear faction armor is if they can do it covert. I would love to wear my storm armor all the time, running missions etc.
Some people then say well do it overt yea right, first not everyone PVP's and 2nd the armor provides no real protection in PVP.

Alot of people complain about seeing coverts in faction armor, I for the life of me cant understand that. To me its like look omg someone in something other then composite.

That does not work anymore. I had that rebel shirt from the corvette and when I died and cloned in non-factional aligned cloner I came out topless lol
