Yup you can Just do a search(Alllll the way below) on multiple instances

Step 1: Edit (or create, if you don't have one) a file called USER.CFG in your Star Wars Galaxies directory (the one with all the .TRE files).

Step 2: Add this text, exactly:
[SwgClient]
allowMultipleInstances=TRUE

Step 3: Save the file.

Step 4: Run SWG, log in, and get your character going.

Step 5: Alt-Tab out of SWG.

Step 6: Launch SWG again, and you can log in another account.

Step 7: Enjoy
