Just wondering what missions these two no drop/no sell items go with.

the Tusken Head comes from a Tusken Executioner. you get a mission to kill one from Victor in Bestine. if you return the head to him he will give you the lithitanium rifle (upgraded tusken rifle)

And the stone is returned to a merchant for the Lithitanium Carbine.

What merchant do I bring the stone to and where?
I got the stone and the head both off the Tusken Executioner. I believe youcan get the stone off a Tusken Observer as well. Both of these are located at Fort Tusken.

The merchants are behind the musium when sean wins. If victor wins, you give him the head.
You get the stone head from the higher up tuskens. Witch Doc, Observer and some out (can't remember the name)
