Almost any mob can drop them, but Mobs with more frequent drops are Marauders (Endor), Nightsisters/Singing Mountain Clan (Dathomir), Aakuans (Talus), and Tuskens (Tatooine). I have found that Aakuans drop most frequently. Also, only Aakuans and Marauders can be pulled in missions I believe. Aakuans usually appear in the 8500-8800 payout range. Marauders are 28000 I think.
