Do you need to completely train the skill you unlock in the current phase before the phase cycles or once you unlock can you train it whenever u want? For example... if I am doing ranged accuracyin this phase and dont finish it can I still train it in phase 2?

Read one of the guides and didnt see anything definitive on this.

Once it's unlocked, you can train it whenever.

If I unlock an FS branch can I learn the skill at any time or can I only learn when it's in that phase of the village?? Thanks for the help guys.

Believe once you open it, you can train up at anytime.
